CABINET STEWART European Affairs are looking to recruit a Full time Multitask Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible.

MULTITASK RECEPTIONIST 
for its Brussels office

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secretarial degree
  • Excellent written & spoken knowledge of English & French
  • Excellent knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation
  • Pro-active, well organised, precise and reliable
  • Open mind, sense of humour & capacity for “problem solving”

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception desk, Central switchboard (Taking and dispatching calls)
  • Welcoming visitors
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Supplies & inventory check-up & orders
  • Updating office calendar
  • Contact & address database update
  • Reservation of restaurant, taxi, courier service
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Conferences organising
  • Time-sheet analysis
  • Mail distribution & stamping
  • Secretarial back-up work for Office Manager & Consultants

Reports to: Office Manager
